Hi, I’m Garaudy Joseph — Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Instructor, Husband, Father, and South Florida Native. Real estate wasn’t something I just studied… it’s something I’ve lived.
I was born and raised right here in South Florida, and over the past 10+ years, I’ve been in the trenches of this business — helping families buy their first homes, guiding sellers through major life transitions, and working with investors building wealth through real estate.
Today, I’m a licensed real estate broker and instructor, and I bring both real-world experience and classroom guidance together to help others succeed in this industry.
But my journey didn’t start with confidence.
Like many of my students, I once sat where you are — trying to understand the material, wondering if I could pass the exam, and questioning what this career would really look like on the other side.
